Below you will find links to the application for exterior alteration to home or yard, the ACC guidelines as provided in your Homeowner's Manual, and a list of the most frequently applied alterations.
Please note that upon submission of your application, the architectural committee has forty-five (45) days from the date a complete application package is received (including required signatures, plats, sketches, etc.) to respond with approval or denial.
Special circumstances regarding your property may allow the approval of an application which might be denied at another location, or the denial of one which might be approved elsewhere. The fact that your plan has been approved for use at another location does not mean that it is automatically approved for you. (ACC Guidelines Page 4).
